Manager with over 20 years’ experience in industry. Dariusz managed companies in manufacturing and service sector, holding positions such as: Procurement Manager, Technical Director, Member of the Board – Managing Director, General Manager and CEO of production plant. He reorganized structures and improved processes in many areas of business activity, including procurement, logistics, technical management, production and CAPEX management. In 2014, Dariusz started his activity in consulting, specializing in operational advisory, focusing primarily on technical management and CAPEX projects management. Expert in industrial project management. Co-author of Industrial Project Management (IPM) methodology dedicated for CAPEX project. For many years Dariusz has been developing project management processes, improving project portfolio management and implementing a project-based approach. As Interim Manager he took roles of Technical Manager and Project Manager of production plants extension. Dariusz provides support and advisory in the initiation and initial organization of projects, as well as partial or comprehensive management. Recognized speaker of dozens of conferences, trained hundreds of Managers, Engineers and Specialists.
