PRIMEBERG Engineering is a team of experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and Operations Managers. We support companies in industrial project management, operational management, and the integration of new technical assets with existing ones.
Using our unique Industrial Project Management (IPM) methodology and proactive approach, our mission is to help each customer in their development, from project initiation to completion and handover to the user.

Managing user requirements in industrial project
About the service
The User Requirements Specification (URS) should describe what we really want to see at the end of the project. Such a document should be developed for each key project deliverable (e.g., machine, system, service).
A good URS requires cooperation between the person responsible for its preparation, usually Project Engineer, and the end users, the so-called project stakeholders, who should approve the document.

Development of User Requirements Specification (URS) template using the PRIMEBERG form developed within Industrial Project Management (IPM) methodology.
Developing the URS matrix using the IPM form. The purpose of this step is to determine responsibility for providing input for individual URS items:
